Yin & Somatics: Free Your Sternum for a Happier Neck
Show Notes

This practice is a special hug for my fellow Yogis who suffer from neck pain, stiffness and tension headaches. We will incorporate a few Yin poses into a somatic lesson that I created to help you to free your sternum. Learning how to free the center of your chest and differentiate your ribs can be life changing. Allowing your hip to communicate with your sternum and your nose and even your eyes will have a profound effect on how your neck feels. This class is a big education for your deep neck flexors and tiny capitis muscles as well. Please consider coming back to this practice several times if neck pain is really a problem for you. There is some real goodness here.
